Please read the following bible texts and contemplate them in relation to all the great ‘isms’ and ‘belief systems’ of this world and see whether the Holy scriptures give the best, most profound and truest understanding of the ‘meaning of life’ and it’s ‘eternal purpose’ !

The ‘Old English’ word ‘Fear’ simply means to ‘Respect’, or ‘Hold in Awe’, ‘Take Seriously’!

Psalm 14:1    To the chief Musician, [A Psalm] of David. The fool hath said in his heart, [There is] no God.

Proverbs  26:1         As snow in summer, and as rain in harvest, so honour is not seemly for a fool. 

 26:2   As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come. 

Isaiah 1:18    Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD:

Psalm  33:6   By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth. 

 33:7   He gathereth the waters of the sea together as an heap: he layeth up the depth in storehouses. 

 33:8   Let all the earth fear the LORD: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.

Isaiah  40:18 To whom then will ye liken God? or what likeness will ye compare unto him? 

 40:19            The workman melteth a graven image, and the goldsmith spreadeth it over with gold, and casteth silver chains. 

 40:20            He that [is] so impoverished that he hath no oblation chooseth a tree [that] will not rot; he seeketh unto him a cunning workman to prepare a graven image, [that] shall not be moved. 

 40:21            Have ye not known? have ye not heard? hath it not been told you from the beginning? have ye not understood from the foundations of the earth? 

40:22 [It is] he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof [are] as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in: 

 40:23            That bringeth the princes to nothing; he maketh the judges of the earth as vanity. 

Isaiah  44:10 Who hath formed a god, or molten a graven image [that] is profitable for nothing? 

 44:11            Behold, all his fellows shall be ashamed: and the workmen, they [are] of men: let them all be gathered together, let them stand up; [yet] they shall fear, [and] they shall be ashamed together. 

 44:12            The smith with the tongs both worketh in the coals, and fashioneth it with hammers, and worketh it with the strength of his arms: yea, he is hungry, and his strength faileth: he drinketh no water, and is faint. 

 44:13            The carpenter stretcheth out [his] rule; he marketh it out with a line; he fitteth it with planes, and he marketh it out with the compass, and maketh it after the figure of a man, according to the beauty of a man; that it may remain in the house. 

 44:14            He heweth him down cedars, and taketh the cypress and the oak, which he strengtheneth for himself among the trees of the forest: he planteth an ash, and the rain doth nourish [it].

 44:16            He burneth part thereof in the fire; with part thereof he eateth flesh; he roasteth roast, and is satisfied: yea, he warmeth [himself], and saith, Aha, I am warm, I have seen the fire: 

 44:17            And the residue thereof he maketh a god, [even] his graven image: he falleth down unto it, and worshippeth [it], and prayeth unto it, and saith, Deliver me; for thou [art] my god. 

Romans  1:16           For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. 

 1:17   For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. 

 1:18   For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; 

 1:19   Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath showed [it] unto them. 

 1:20   For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, [even] his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 

 1:21   Because that, when they knew God, they glorified [him] not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 

 1:22   Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 

2:11    For there is no respect of persons with God. 

 2:12   For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law; 

 2:13   (For not the hearers of the law [are] just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified. 

 2:14   For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves: 

 2:15   Which show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and [their] thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;) 

Revelation  14:6      And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, 

 14:7   Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters. 

Isaiah  40:25 To whom then will ye liken me, or shall I be equal? saith the Holy One. 

 40:26            Lift up your eyes on high, and behold who hath created these [things], that bringeth out their host by number: he calleth them all by names by the greatness of his might, for that [he is] strong in power; not one faileth. 

Isaiah  42:5   Thus saith God the LORD, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein: 

 42:6   I the LORD have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles; 

 42:7   To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, [and] them that sit in darkness out of the prison house. 

 42:8   I [am] the LORD: that [is] my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images. 

 42:9   Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them. 

43:1    But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called [thee] by thy name; thou [art] mine. 

Ephesians  3:9          And to make all [men] see what [is] the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: 

 3:10   To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly [places] might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God, 

Colossians  1:12      Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: 

 1:13   Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated [us] into the kingdom of his dear Son: 

 1:14   In whom we have redemption through his blood, [even] the forgiveness of sins: 

 1:15   Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: 

 1:16   For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether [they be] thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: 

 1:17   And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. 

 1:18   And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all [things] he might have the preeminence. 

SAVING TRUTH  –  FROM SIMPLE AND OBVIOUS 

TO

COMPLEX AND DIFFICULT

• CREATION, WORLD, FOOD, CLOTHING, SHELTER, ANIMALS
• NEED TO WORK TO SURVIVE, LIFE IS DIFFICULT MOSTLY BUT MANY PLEASURES ALONG THE WAY IF CAREFUL
• GOOD AND BAD = MORAL CHOICES, ANIMALS, BY INSTINCT, MANKIND BY FREE CHOICE
• SENSE OF RELIGION, MUST BE SOME SORT OF INTELLIGENCE TO MAKE US AND OUR PLANET.  LAWS OF SCIENCE TOO INTRICATELY BALANCED TO BE OTHERWISE OR BE A CHANCE EXPLOSION AND DEVELOPMENT INTO A COMPLEX WORLD SYSTEM.
• ONLY RELIGION THAT OFFERS A SERIOUS AND RATIONAL EXPLANATON OF MAN’S CORRUPT, SINFUL WAYS AND DIFFICULTY IN SELF CONTROL AND HARMONIOUS CO-HABITATION?
• NO OTHER BELIEF SYSTEM BUT CHRISTIANITY,  THROUGH IT’S ACCURATE AND PROFOUND  PROPHECIES, INDICATES A HOPEFUL FUTURE OR ‘TOMMOROW WORLD, A CHANCE FOR ETERNITY IN EUPHORIC PARADISE;  NOTHING CAN BE BETTER FOR MOTIVATION IN ‘THIS LIFE’!
• LOVING SAVIOUR/CREATOR/ GOD SUFFERED AND DIED FOR US THAT WE MIGHT BECOME ‘SAVED’ FROM OUR CORRUPT, SINFUL WAYS AND COVER OUR PAST WRONGFUL LIVES, WHETHER SLIGHTLY BAD, OR VERY EVIL  (HOPE FOR US ALL, EVEN THE VILEST CRIMINALS, EVEN THOUGH THEY MAY STILL HAVE TO SUFFER THE DEATH PENALTY FOR THEIR CRIMES IN THIS LIFE)
• THE BIBLE HAS MANY THINGS IN IT HARD TO UNDERSTAND, BUT, LIKE A GOOD JIG SAW PUZZLE, PUTTING THE PIECES TOGETHER GRADUALLY BUILDS A MOST REASONABLE AND LOGICAL PICTURE OF THE ‘WAY THINGS “SHOULD” BE!
• EASIEST THINGS TO UNDERSTAND ARE THE LAWS OF GOD WHICH DEFINE RIGHT FROM WRONG, THE 10 COMMANDMENTS, SUMMARIZED AS FOLLOWS:
• PUT GOD FIRST IN YOUR LIFE
• DON’T WORSHIP YOUR OWN CREATIONS BUT GIVE CREDIT AND HONOUR TO OUR CREATOR WHO GAVE US THE GIFT OF CREATING
• BE RESPECTFUL OF GOD, HIS NAME , HIS MEETING PLACES
• SET ASIDE THE COMPLETE DAY FOR SHARING TIME WITH GOD, THE ONE HE HAS CHOSEN FOR US AT THE END OF THE WORKING WEEK, THE 7^TH-DAY SABBATH
• RESPECT AND HONOUR THOSE WHO LOOK AFTER YOU AND ARE OLDER
• PRESERVE LIFE AS FAR AS POSSIBLE
• SHARE INTIMATE RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHER BEINGS OF YOUR OWN TYPE IN ONE SPECIALLY CHOSEN PARTNER FOR LIFE
• RESPECT AND HONOUR OTHER PERSON’S PROPERTY
• ALWAYS TELL THE PURE  AND STRAIGHT-FORWARD TRUTH
• BE CONTENT WITH WHAT GOD HAS GIVEN YOU AND WITH WHAT YOU NEED IN THIS LIFE, AT THE APPROPRIATE STAGES OF LIFE, CARING MORE FOR THE NEEDS OF OTHERS THAN FOR YOUR OWN DESIRES AND WISHES

THE BASIC 10 ARE SUMMED UP IN 2 GREAT LAWS OR PRINCIPLES = 1 LOVE FOR GOD AND 2  LOVE FOR MANKIND WITH RESPECT TO GOD’S CREATION.

GOD’S PLAN TO SAVE THE WORLD WAS THROUGH FAITHFUL FAMILIES LIKE NOAH, AND ABRAHAM WHO, EVENTUALLY GREW INTO A NATION TO REPRESENT GOD’S PRINCIPLES TO OTHER NATIONS AROUND WHO WOULD NOTE HOW THEIR SOCIETY WAS RUN.  THEY ERRED OFTEN AND COPIED CORRUPT NATIONS AROUND ABOUT, KILLING AND PLUNDERING AS DID OTHER NATIONS. GOD PUT UP WITH THIS FOR A TIME, THOUGH HE LET THEM KNOW HE WANTED THINGS DONE ‘HIS’ WAY,  FOR THEIR OWN GOOD,  AND AS A BETTER EXAMPLE OF HIS PRINCIPLES OF HUMILITY AND SACRIFICE FOR THE GOOD OF OTHERS..  IT WAS NOT HIS INTENTION TO HAVE TO WAR AND DESTROY OTHER NATIONS.  BECAUSE OF THEIR CORRUPTION, THOUGH,  THESE OTHER NATIONS HAD COME TO THE POINT OF ‘ BEYOND SAVING’,  AND GOD ALLOWED HIS PEOPLE TO DESTROY THEM, TO STOP, TO A DEGREE, THE SPREAD OF MORE CORRUPTION EG. CAANANITES, SODOMITES ETC.  HE WOULD HAVE SENT HORNETS TO DRIVE THEM OUT, BUT THEY WANTED THINGS DONE ‘THEIR’ WAY, TAKING FOR THEMSELVES A ‘HUMAN-KING’, RATHER THAT JUST ACCEPTING  “GOD”  AS THEIR ‘KING’. 

DAVID WAS A GOOD MAN, YET HE SHED MUCH BLOOD, THEREFORE WAS NOT ALLOWED TO BUILD THE ‘TEMPLE’ FOR THE SYMBOLIC SACRIFICE SERVICES.  THESE SERVICES WERE A  PICTURE OF WHAT GOD WAS GOING TO DO TO HIS SON;  TO TAKE THE PUNISHMENT FOR OUR WRONGS ONTO HIMSELF, THAT WE MIGHT BE ‘FREE’ FROM OUR ‘JUST DESSERTS’,  ETERNAL DEATH!  IE. NO HOPE OF A FUTURE EXISTENCE WITH ‘GOD’, WHICH WE WERE DESIGNED AND CREATED FOR IN THE BEGINNING.

POLYGAMY, OR MULTIPLE PARTNERS, WAS NOT GOD’S ORIGINAL PLAN  EITHER, AS WAS PRACTICED BY  ABRAHAM,  JACOB,  DAVID, SOLOMON ETC. BUT ONE PARTNER FOR LIFE.  THE  DIET FOR GOD’S PEOPLE WAS IDEALLY A VEGETARIAN DIET (LIKE MANNA IN THE WILDERNESS, APART FROM THE PASSOVER LAMBS AND THE PRIESTLY SACRIFICIAL FLESH OFFERINGS WHICH WERE NOT PART OF THEIR REGULAR DIET)  GETTING BACK TO THE ORIGINAL DIET IN THE GARDEN OF EDEN, FRUITS, SEEDS, HERBS OF THE GROUND ETC.

AS TIME WENT ON, MORE UNDERSTANDING CAME TO GOD’S PEOPLE AND THEY GREW IN GRACE AND KNOWLEDGE, THE PATH OF THE RIGHTEOUS BECOMING BRIGHTER AND BRIGHTER AS THE ‘BIG JIG SAW PUZZLE PICTURE’ OF GOD’S SALVATION CAME TOGETHER IN THEIR MIND’S EYES.  PROPHECY,  WHEN COMPARED WITH HISTORY,  COULD BE SEEN TO MAKE SENSE OF THE ‘NEWS’ AND THE CHANGING  TIMES.

THE PRINCIPLE OF PUTTING AWAY THE SWORD, LOVING ONE’S ENEMIES, LIVING FOR THE NEXT WORLD AND NOT THIS ONE, GRADUALLY BROUGHT TOGETHER THE PURPOSE OF THE INTERNATIONAL ‘CHURCH’ OR ORGANIZED BODY OF PEOPLE TO EFFICIENTLY PREACH OR TELL, TEACH, AND SHOW THE VARIOUS PEOPLE’S OF THE WORLD THE BETTER WAY OF LIFE (LIFESTYLE} . THE LIFESTYLE OF GOD’S PRINCIPLES WOULD SHOW PEOPLE HOW THEY  ‘SHOULD’ LIVE,  BY THE POWER AND HELP OF THEIR ‘CREATOR’ AND ‘SAVIOUR’.

FINALLY, AS A FAITHFUL GROUP OF PEOPLE, LIVING IN HARMONY WITH GOD’S PRINCIPLES, THEY WOULD  NO LONGER BE PATRIOTICALLY LIVING FOR THE NATIONS OF THIS WORLD, THOUGH GOOD AND OBEDIENT CITIZENS UP TO A POINT, BUT LIVING FOR THE CREATOR AND SAVIOUR. GOD’S PEOPLE WOULD NOT GET INVOLVED WITH POLITICS (THOUGH KNOWLEDGEABLE OF WHAT IS GOING ON) STAYING OUT OF INVOLVEMENT WITH WAR (FIGHTING, RATHER, AN INVISIBLE OR SPIRITUAL WAR) AND COME  CLEAN OF ‘ALL COMPROMISE WITH OTHER RELIGIONS, EVEN THOUGH THESE RELIGIONS MAY SEEM ‘CHRISTIAN’ OR ‘GOOD’ IN MANY WAYS. THEY WOULD  UPHOLD AND KEEP GOD’S TOTAL PRINCIPLES,  PURE AND UNCORRUPTED,  WHILE SHOWING MERCY, COMPASSION AND FORGIVENESS TO ALL, ESPECIALLY THOSE WISHING TO JOIN THEM.   BY GOD’S GRACE AND POWER THEY WOULD PUT AWAY THE WRONG PRACTICES IN THEIR LIVES FROM THE TIME THEY COME TO FULLY UNDERSTAND THEM, AND BECOME EDUCATED AS TO THE BETTER WAY!

GOD’S PEOPLE LOOK FORWARD TO A BRIGHTER FUTURE;  FIRST,  IN HEAVEN FOR A THOUSAND YEARS AS  AN ‘INVESTIGATIVE AND JURIDICIAL JUDGMENT’ TIME, FOLLOWED BY A FINAL SENTENCE AGAINST THOSE WHO WERE NOT PREPARED TO ACCEPT THE OFFER OF GOD TO ‘BE ‘SAVED’!  THEN,  AFTER A COMPLETE CLEANSING BY FIRE, THIS PLANET WILL BE  RENEWED AND REJUVENATED TO BETTER THAN IT WAS WHEN FIRST MADE. THIS WILL BE   FOLLOWED BY THE MOST MAGNIFICENT UTOPIAN LIFE EVER IMAGINABLE; A BALANCE OF A REFRESHING COUNTRY LIFE, INTERSPERSED WITH VISITS TO THE BEAUTIFULLY DESIGNED CAPITAL CITY,  AND TRAVELLING TO AND THROUGH THE REST OF THE  UNIVERSE, MARVELLING AT GREATER, AND STILL GREATER VISTAS OF THE UNFOLDING ‘CREATIONS’ OF GOD!!!!
